I can't believe this is my turn to get stiffed by a book. I read someone mentioning this book here as well as they are one of the advertising sponsors on the board so I thought they are a good book. However, this is not the case. Please tell me what you all think about my situation.

I called them to inquire about their service and they were so nice on the phone as they wanted to get my business just like anyone else. However, on April 22nd I decided to cash out. They told me they will have to issue a credit to my credit card to cover the initial deposit and send me a cashier cheque for the remaining balance which was fine for me. I did receive my cashier cheque in a few days ( small amount ) and waited for a week before I checked with my cc company and no credit was issued. I then called BG and was told to wait. I called my CC on May 4th and was told no credit issued by BG. I then called BG and was advised it does take sometime for credit to go thru, just wait. I am starting to feel they are giving me the run around and called them again the next day, I spoke to Joe and was given their internal tracking # ( which has no use to me) to prove credit has been issued I was told I need to call my cc and deal with them directly as credit has already been issued since April 22nd. same craps ( calling my cc co. and BG many times ) repeated many times and Joe at BG said will look into it more for me with their accounting Dep. I called him back the next day and was told my cc was expired, I then emailed him a copy of my cc and Joe verified cc wasn't expired and does not know why accounting said so. Once again I was told to call back the next day and if he can't find an answer as to why credit has not been received by my cc company, they will send me the fund thru W/U and will waive the fee. I said OK. I called back the next day and was told my cc company rejected the credit. I then called my cc Co. and spoke to few people there just to make sure if they have rejected the credit, everyone I spoke with at the CC company said there is no record of the transation as well as there is no reason they will reject the credit. I called BG again and was told they can not do anything as this is the problem of my cc company, I have to deal with them directly. I offered Joe may be I can have someone from my CC company to call them to fix the issue. Joe said he will not speak to them as they rejected the credit in the first place. All I need to do is to have my CC Co. to fax them a statement to prove I never received any credit from BG.

Few things I wasn't happy about the way they dealt with the issue :
1. when I called BG in the beginning and was told by everyone I spoke with to wait, no one will look into it and see what went wrong until I get frustrated.
2. they claim they had issued the credit but later I was told no credit was issued due to my cc was expired, wrong info.
3. I was then told again credit was issued but my cc CO. rejected the credit.
4. I offered someone from my CC to call them but was declined.
5. talked to Ted and thought he will help me out since someone mentioned he is a nice guy. No doubt he is polite on the phone but did I get any help from him. Not at all. All he said was he can not do anything for me as I will need to speak to customer service which is Joe. Don't know why I called him for assistance!!!

I HIGHLY doubt you're getting stiffed ... I've recieved several dimes on many different occasions from BG within minutes of requesting payouts ... however the difference is that I use ONLY NETeller as this seems to be the least problem-matic funding solution.

I'm sure you will get paid, however you should have been fully aware that the CC companies are being heavily pressured to stop gaming transactions, so this is probably where the problem lies ...

I HOPE I'm not wrong about these guys, but IMO BG is a top 5 book.

GL - & keep us updated.

I used the same cc for 3 other books in the past year, no problem at all.

why they declined to speak to my cc Co. I still can not believe they made up things that my cc was expired that's why I am not getting the credit after they told me many times they have issued credit.

tica,

also, what makes you so sure they made this up?? how do you know your credit card company isnt holding up the process to charge you more interest?

also, if you dont mind me asking, how much was the credit card chargeback for?

tica, i cant honestly say that i understand this whole situation, but i can say that now im even more sure this is just a misunderstanding somewhere along the line.

im sure this has been frustrating for you, but you are not being stiffed at blue grass for a knickel. i will leave a note for the general to contact them in the morning and see if we can help get this straitened out for you.

Here is the short version of what happened as I am busy with todays NBA
and MLB action.

We have a player that requested a pay-out that was processed on the 23rd
that showed the matter fully settled. After about a week he called back
to inquire why the funds still had not been credited back to his card. We
checked with accounting and gave him the document number showing that we
had indeed processed his request and that everything was a go from our
end. After another week he was rightfully getting frustrated with the
apparent delay. We told him to get written proof from the bank showing
that the card was not billed back so that we could resend the funds. The
last thing that we wanted to do was double pay somebody when all of our
records showed the account was paid in full.

This morning I received a forwarded email from Surefire Commerce which
indeed verified that for whatever reason Ticaman's card was not credited
back with the funds. Surefire believes that the issuing bank declined the
process. So we had a situation where Ticaman was being told that the
funds were not available and we were being told that they had already been
sent. Apparently there was a breakdown with the bank as far as
communicating all of the proper transactions.

I apologize to you Ticaman but as you can understand we had to make sure
that the original transaction did not indeed go through. If you want I
can forward the email that I received this morning to verify that it was
indeed your issuing bank that rejected the first transaction. This matter
was resolved this morning when Ticaman picked up the funds via Western
Union.

Thanks

Ted

First of all, I would like to take a moment here to say a big THANK YOU to RPM and General, you guys really helped alot for this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. I just received the funds at W/U. Thanks again guys and much appreciated.

Ted, thanks for your quick action in this matter and thanks to Joe for calling me to advise the funds are available at W/U. Yes, Ted, please forward me the email from Surefire and I will take it up to my CC company. I still doubt that my cc rejected the credit as I have done that with many books in the past years without any problem. Sure this is one frustrated experience for me but again, thanks to RPM, General and Ted, Joe at BlueGrass to get this issue resolved.

The feds are really twisting the CC companies balls. This will get worse....

One thing that I've found out over time is that your card gets blacklisted IMMEDIATELY after you take a payout that was more than the initial w/d. I've had about 8-10 bank accounts over the last year, and EVERY SINGLE visa debit card has been blacklisted due to the above reason and\or the blanket blacklisting of gambling sites.

I can't even use my f'ing debit cards to fund
Neteller.....

I have had numerous problems with cc's this year. Whether it being funding or crediting back. They may not be around much longer, and if they are they will probably be for charging to not crediting back.
